Alexander Schwenk, born in 1975, studied Electrotechnology at the Technical University of Ilmenau fr...Alexander Schwenk, born in 1975, studied Electrotechnology at the Technical University of Ilmenau from 1996 to 2001. Thereafter, he worked at TU Ilmenau as a Scientific Employee in the Plasma and Surface Technology Faculty (APS, VPS and induction plasmas) until 2004 and in the Fabrication Technology Faculty (arc spraying and plasma powder welding) until 2005. He has been the R&D Manager at GTV Verschleiß-Schutz GmbH since June 2005.
