The subject of his dissertation was The influence of various materials on biofilm formation and on the incidence of legionellae in drinking water. After additional training to become a Hygiene Officer in 2003, he has been active in hygiene consultancy for food plants and for plants in the health sector. Since 2006, Mr. Gabriel has been the Deputy Laboratory Manager at Dr. Brill und Partner GmbH, a test laboratory accredited according to DIN EN 17025 for testing the effectiveness of disinfectants.
