M. Sc. Hendrik Heinemann

Hendrik Heinemann, born in 1990, studied general engineering (B.Sc.) with a major in mechanical engineering at the TU Hamburg-Harburg from 2010 to 2013. After two internships in industry at Mercedes-Benz and Airbus, he completed a master's degree at RWTH Aachen University from 2014 to 2017 in the field of general mechanical engineering, specializing in simulation and materials engineering. Since November 2017, Mr. Heinemann has been working as a research associate at the Institute of Surface Technology (IOT) at RWTH Aachen University in the field of thermal spraying and took over the leadership of the Thermal Spraying - Function research group in February 2020.
