Ville Eronen

Mr. Ville Eronen joined Oerlikon Metco in 2018 and currently holds the position of Global Product Manager for Thermal Spray Carbide & Oxide Powders for Industrial Applications. Ville has a Master of Science degree in Materials Engineering from Tampere University of Technology from year 2004. After graduation Ville worked for Metso Paper Oy, later Valmet Technologies Oy in Finland specializing in R&D and application development of paper industry thermal spray coatings. Before joining Oerlikon Ville was leading the thermal spray R&D at Valmet for seven years. In the field of research collaboration Ville has participated and chaired multiple steering committees in industry related research project consortiums in Finland.
