Dipl.-Ing. Stefan Langner

Dipl. Ing. Stefan Langner, born in 1978, studied Production Technology at the University for Technology and Economics, Dresden, from 2003 to 2008 with fabrication and organisation as the main focal points of his studies. From 2005 to 2006, he completed a period of practical training at Bosch Power Tools (China) Co. Ltd., Hangzhou. In 2007, Langner cooperated on an EU project for the promotion of nanotechnology and safety as an Ancillary Scientist in the Thermal Coating Division at the Fraunhofer Institute for Materials Engineering and Beam Technology (IWS), Dresden. There, he also wrote his dissertation on the subject of Technological development for the incorporation of suspensions containing nanoparticles into the thermal spraying process. Since 2/2008, the Graduate Engineer for Production Technology has been active in the Thermal Coating Division at the Fraunhofer Institute for Materials Engineering and Beam Technology (IWS), Dresden - Realisation of thermal coatings for various industrial partners and suspension spraying.
