Dr.-Ing. Konstantin von Niessen joined Oerlikon Metco in 2006 after he received his PhD at the Unive...Dr.-Ing. Konstantin von Niessen joined Oerlikon Metco in 2006 after he received his PhD at the University of Stuttgart in the field of thermal spraying for coating textiles. After different positions in R&D and Equipment engineering he now is responsible for the technology development as Head of Metco Technology. In his current role he coordinates corporate R&D projects and manages the central corrosion and tribology laboratories.
